Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Video Poker Analyzer. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Video Poker Analyzer. You must also meet the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone who doesn't.
Video Poker Analyzer is a strategy tool for video poker, comparable to a strategy card or reference guide. It does not have functionality that allows users to gain an advantage over a casino or provider, and cannot help users exceed the return a casino or provider has set for their games.
Many jurisdictions prohibit the use of devices or software that analyze playing strategy, calculate probabilities, or assist with gambling decisions during active play. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your jurisdiction and should not use this app in any context where doing so is prohibited.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the analysis is always accurate, that the app will be available at all times, or that it's free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video Poker Analyzer LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any consequences arising from use of the app in violation of applicable local laws.
When you submit a photo, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that image to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you send us. We don't claim ownership of your photos.

The app, its design, code, and content are owned by or licensed to Video Poker Analyzer LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. If you wish to stop using the app, you may simply discontinue use. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Video Poker Analyzer LLC and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.
You agree not to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against Video Poker Analyzer LLC. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision will not apply and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington. Before escalating a dispute, please reach out to us at admin@videopokeranalyzer.com and we'll do our best to resolve it directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
