Video Poker Analyzer LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Video Poker Analyzer app, how we use it, and what choices you have.
When you take or upload a photo for analysis, that image is sent to our servers for processing. Photos are stored on our servers so we can provide the service and improve our analysis over time. We do not sell your photos.
We also collect anonymous information about how you use the app, such as which features you use, how long sessions last, and what type of device you're on. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Photos you submit are sent to a third-party AI service for analysis. When you submit a photo, it is transmitted to that service's servers for processing. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service.
We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the app. Google Analytics collects anonymous data such as page views, session length, and device type. We use your photos solely for the purpose of providing the service you requested. We do not use your photos for advertising. More specifically, we use the information we collect to:
Photos you submit are stored on our servers indefinitely so we can reference them to improve our analysis. If you would like your photos deleted, see "Your Rights" below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Anonymous analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (26 months).
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:
You can request that we delete photos you've submitted to the app. To make a request, email us at admin@videopokeranalyzer.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
This app is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, please contact us at admin@videopokeranalyzer.com.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
